Worker’s Compensation

If you are hurt or injured while working on the job, you are entitled to health care benefits under Minnesota State Law for up to twelve weeks. With any injury, it is important to get your spine and nervous system checked out as soon as possible. Many times there are not immediate symptoms from the injury and they develop later. Other times, the injury is causing you to miss time at work or not be able to do the tasks that are a part of your job. If this is the case we will get you the proper work ability or work absence forms that are needed to give to your employer. It is important to get the correction and spinal alignment before it worsens and causes more damage down the road.

We can work with your employer and their worker's compensation insurer to get you the care so that you can get back to work, or don't have to miss work for a prolonged time. Our biggest concern is your health and getting your body in the correct alignment to be able to do all the tasks of your job and if applicable, get you back to work. We will conduct a comprehensive exam, performing orthopedic, neurological and chiropractic tests to see what is causing your pain. After the exam we will determine if x-rays are needed. X-rays will give us the most definitive view of what is going on with your spine. We will incorporate a treatment plan including chiropractic adjustments, massage therapy and compression extension traction to get you back to feeling the way you did before the accident.
