Chastity is excited and humbled to work with all of our patients! She has been a massage therapist for seven years, her specialties are Swedish, Deep tissue, Myofascial Releases and Lymphatic Drainage. She is also interested in implementing cupping therapy for our patients!
Chastity’s desire for massage therapy stemmed from her compassion for others and her interest in healthcare.
She recognizes that when a client can settle into a restful mind and body state where their awareness can sense disconnection, that this is an informative opening for her as a therapist to collaborate with the client for an effective treatment. She seeks to engage relaxation of the nervous system by gently approaching the dermis, then tailors sessions to each client’s needs; working deeper underlying tissues with techniques and pressure suitable to their comfort.
Whether a client’s ultimate goal is to enhance tactile awareness, restore pliability of muscles or extend range of motion, Chastity hopes that each session facilitates a sense of coherence.
In her off time, she enjoys traveling, reading, yoga, and spending time with her dog, Boogie!
